​The Lawrence Partnership Workforce Gap Analysis, developed in collaboration with the MassHire Merrimack Valley Workforce Board and the City of Lawrence, examines the gap between the skills residents possess today and the skills local employers will need tomorrow. The analysis provides a clear framework for employers, educators, policymakers, and community organizations to align efforts and ensure Lawrence's growth benefits everyone.
